Jeff Dickert brings nearly 30 years of experience engaging with the public sector in New York leading business and relationship development and professional services delivery for some of the world’s leading management consulting, systems integration, and technology companies including Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, and Oracle. He has also been an executive at regional systems integrators, leading their transformational journeys rapidly scaling in the public sector, including entry into new state and local government markets across the United States.


Jeff is an expert in seller-side procurement and sales strategy in New York having led end-to-end business development efforts for some of New York’s most transformational IT and management consulting engagements across multiple agencies.  He is a recognized expert in marketplace intelligence and contracting with decades of experience in opportunity capture management including win strategy development, partner teaming strategies, proposal development, competitive analysis, and contract administration. 


Jeff has been a member of the NYS Forum for over 15 years and is currently the co-chair of the IT Procurement Workgroup.
